GCHG Tanzanite Learning Curve CD RN NDD

Henley introduced me to the world of “specialing” a show dog.  She finished her AKC CH with a Best of Breed win over specials, and a Group 3 in the Working Group.  She is from Hannah’s first litter, sired by Kuza – as her sire’s mini-me her nickname was Kuzette.  Henley was the most accomplished dog I have owned to date – she was a Top 20 BMD in 2015, she was the #3 BMDCA Conformation Bitch in 2015, she won an AKC Reserve Best in Show in 2015, she is a Gold Grand Champion and best of all, she is a BMDCA Versatility Dog.  She gave me two beautiful litters - before I tragically lost her to gastrointestinal lymphoma when her second litter was just over 3 months old.  She was an incredible companion, so deeply loved not just by me, but by her partner at conformation shows - Wendy Oelrich.  Many future dreams were crushed - we were starting to work on Open obedience and Open draft...but I would trade all her past titles just to have her by my side again, snuggling in bed, giving me "the look" when she thought her plan was better, fetching her dumbbell with such enthusiasm.
