This litter was co-bred with Bridget Pieffer (who did all the hard work!). Devon now lives with Bridget, and Bridget whelped, raised, and placed the puppies.
Note: since the dam is Clear for vWD, none of the pups in this litter can be affected.. Both parents are Clear for the DM SOD1B mutation, so all the pups are Clear By Parentage for SOD1B. For DM SOD1A, the sire is Clear but the dam is a Carrier - this means all puppies are either SOD1A Clear OR SOD1A Carriers (but no puppies will be At Risk). The pups were tested - the Carrier vs Clear status only matters when making breeding decisions. In this case, both puppies in show potential homes are DM Carriers. The other results will be updated soon.
