2019
March 2, 2019: Devon finished her AKC CH title in Garden City, KS - CH Tanzanite's Devon Ain't Miss B-Haven. Thanks to Wendy Oelrich for presenting her and Jade so well - two new Champions within a month!

February 15-18, 2019: Lots of success at the Plum Creek Kennel Club show in Aurora on Friday, followed by the Colorado Kennel Club show in Denver on Sunday and Monday. Devon earned her first CH points at Plum Creek - a 5 point major! Followed up by a 4 point major on Monday at CKC. Inca won the Bred-By class twice, was RWB on Sunday at CKC and was also Best Bred-by-Exhibitor. Ringo, the 6-month-old pup out of Louie X Neyla, was Winners Dog on Monday for a 4-point major (he is owned by Louie's owners - Cathy Davis and Bob & Nancy Thompson).
February 12, 2019: GCH Sapphire And Tanzanite Million To One Odds - aka "Bookie" - became the first dog I bred to compete at Westminster Kennel Club! Although he didn't win a ribbon, Bookie made both cuts and I am so proud of him!! Many thanks to Stacey Larsen and Carol Arbuthnot for making this happen, and for loving him so much!
January 31-February 4, 2019 - Heart of the Desert Classic in Phoenix, AZ: Jade finished her AKC Champion title on February 3, at 16 months old! Bookie did very well - he was BOB at the Arizona Working Dog Club specialty, and Select Dog at the Grand Canyon State BMD Club's Regional specialty. Out of a total of 6 shows, he was BOB once and Select Dog four times.

January 19, 2019: Neyla earned her AKC CD (Companion Dog) title at the Longs Peak Obedience Training Club's trial! This makes her a BMDCA Versatility Dog! She is now GCHB Tanzanite's Stubborn Love CD NDD. So proud of Neyla! Now on to Rally, Open Obedience (CDX), and Open Draft! (and hopefully one more litter of pups!)

July 29, 2018: Jade earned 2 more AKC Champion points at the Central Wyoming show under judge Nancy Simmons. She was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, out of the Puppy class - at 10 months old.

July 8, 2018: Jade (Tanzanite Jade Glade) earned her first 2 AKC Champion points at the Roaring Fork show under judge Edd Bivin, presented by Wendy Oelrich. She was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, out of the Puppy class - at 9 months old. (She had surgery on June 10 to remove a toy from her stomach, so her belly is shaved and you can also see the shaved area on her right leg - but I begged them to leave her feathers!)

May 20, 2018: Neyla (GCHB Tanzanite's Stubborn Love) earned her Novice Draft Dog title under judges Nancy Van Horne and Karyn Beyer. So proud of her! She just needs her CD obedience title to become a BMDCA Versatility Dog.
May 20, 2018: Finn (CH Tanzanite The Trouble With Tribbles CD BN RAE CGC DD) earned 2 new titles and also made progress toward his Master Draft Dog. He passed both Novice and Open on Saturday, and almost passed Brace Novice with his partner Silver. Then on Sunday he passed in all 3 classes - earning his Brace Novice Draft Dog and Advanced Novice Draft Dog (which requires 5 Novice passes under 7 judges) and making progress toward his Master Draft Dog title. What a great working dog! Also, he and his "brother" Silver (GCH Nashems Quicksilver CD BN RN CGC NDD) are a beautiful Brace team to watch!! Now Finn adds ANDD and BNDD after his name, and Silver adds BNDD.
April 14, 2018: Inca (Tanzanite's Incommunicado) earned her first 2 AKC Champion points at the Terry-All show under judge Angela Porpora. She was Winners Bitch and Best of Winners, out of the Bred-By class - at 9 months old. This was her second day of showing.
